Background¶
The VISION toolkit is developed and maintained by a team from the National Centre for Atmospheric Science (NCAS). It is funded by the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC), in partnership with the Met Office, as part of the Twinning Capability for the Natural Environment (TWINE) programme (NE/Z503393/1).
For the technical and scientific background to the VISION toolkit (specifically Version 1), see Russo at al. 2025.
History¶
This is the documentation covering Version 2 (in this case 2.0.0-alpha) of the toolkit. For Version 1 of the toolkit, see the repository here.
